John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo’s tandem is back again on the big screen with their newest film Miss You Like Crazy. Last night, we, together with our fellow bloggers, watched the Premiere Night at the SM Megamall courtesy of GMCI (thanks for the tickets!). I’ve been a fan of the love team of John Lloyd and Bea eversince so this is exciting to me. I’m sure their fans were excited as well.

There were 2 cinemas alloted for the premiere. One was for the VIP and Media while the other one was for the fans who bought the tickets. I guess more showbiz personalities were there than in our theater. Glad that John Lloyd and Bea went to our theater just to say that their presence were there. Sam Milby, Anne Curtis, Melai and Jason of Pinoy Big Brother were there as well.

We were seated at the balcony of Cinema 9 but I was still able to take photos of the tandem. Good thing I brought Karla’s 18x zoom camera

Overall, the film was nicely done though there were some failure in the Malaysia scenes. Don’t worry, I won’t tell you anything about the story ;). There were not enough quotable quotes compared to their previous movie One More Chance but this film is much lighter than that. At the first part of the film, I felt bored but someone regained my attention at the middle and especially at the end of the film. I like the shots of the director Cathy Molina. The framing of the shots were interesting.

Samsung Corby Pro (B5310) is expected to be out in the Philippine market this January 2010 and its launch price will be PhP 11,990.00. If you’re thinking of buying a new phone this Christmas, you may want to postpone it for January and wait for Samsung Corby PRO.

I was actually puzzled upon hearing the launch price considering that both WiFI and HSDPA weren’t compromised and to think that it is a touch phone with a full QWERTY keyboard.

It has a 3.2MP camera and has a screen size of 2.8″ (touch display). Could it be that the picture quality produced of the camera is the one that’s compromised?

The phone includes an internal memory of 100MB and it is expandable up to 16GB (microSD).

It sounds ironic that the software giant, Microsoft, has done something like this to think that they are against piracy.

You still have to wait for MySpace to push an update. Even though the apps are available, it won’t function since it’s disabled temporarily.

To be able to restore access to your imeem playlists that you created, you need to create a MySpace account using the same email address you used for imeem. You’ll just have to wait for your data to be integrated with MySpace Music.

The imeem developer community has also been greatly affected with the pullout of the API. So, if you are using a website that makes use of imeem’s API, most likely, you’ll have to jump on to MySpace if you wish to have access to imeem playlists.

I’ve been waiting for a long time to try out Google Chrome for Mac. Finally, it arrived! If you are a Mac or a Linux user, just download it here.

What I like about the Mac Version

The Mac version of the Google Chrome is integrated with the Keychain. So, if you save user login details on certain websites you visit, it is saved in the Keychain.

One useful feature that multi-taskers would love to have is the crash protection. This is a great feature since you do not have to re-launch the browser just in case one of the tabs you’ve opened crashed.

I also like that I can pin recently visited websites so that it will just stay there even if my browsing patterns would change.

And yes, I agree that Google Chrome starts faster and loads web pages faster.

Take note that Google Chrome for Mac and Linux are in beta release.
