WordPress, one of the top blogging platforms used by Filipino bloggers would stop supporting PHP 4 and MySQL 4 after version 3.1. WordPress 3.1 will be released late 2010. This is a signal for developers to be prepared on updating their plugins. In addition, if you are hosted somewhere that does not support PHP 5 and MySQL 5, better ask your hosting provider if they will switch soon.
