3D Cinemas in the Philippines

The number of 3D Cinemas are increasing in the Philippines. SM IMAX Theater is the first to offer consumers with advanced cinematic 3D. Other cinemas that are offering 3D formats are:

SM Digital theater at SM North
SM Digital theater at SM Megamall
Digital Cinema at Robinsons Galleria
Digital Cinema at Trinoma
Digital Cinama at Greenbelt 3

Digital cinemas that will open soon:
SM Southmall
SM Sta. Rosa
SM Clark
SM Baguio
SM Cebu

Even though the price is higher than the rate of regular cinemas, consumers are willing to pay for it because of the great movie experience that it offers. The next milestone that we will probably wait for is the first Filipino-made movie that will be available in 3D format.

   Price range is usually between 300-500 pesos. IMAX is the most expensive (the one in SM MOA)
