Red Mobile: Now Compatible with 2G!
Red Mobile, when it was launched last year, was only working in 3G handsets. Then, they recently announce that Red Mobile is now compatible with 2G handsets. It was not really a good idea for them to just stick with subscribers that can afford to buy 3G handsets.
If they want to get most out of the big slice of the prepaid mobile communications market, they have to support 2G handsets as well even though there are some 3G handsets that are relatively cheaper.
With this announcement, let’s see how Red Mobile performs before the year ends with this move.
