myPinoy.tv: Philippine Entertainment at your Fingertips

I just browsed over myPinoy.TV and it seems that most of the shows that are being streamed there for a price (yes, it is not free) are mostly from GMA7. This one of course is targeted for our fellow Filipinos abroad who have a fast internet connection.

To avail of this streaming service, one must purchase credits. see image below for the pricing. If you think you’ll be using a lot of credits, I guess it would be best to pay 50 dollars to get 5 free credits.

So, how will you use the credits? It depends on how are you going to consume it. You can do it in three ways:

Weekly – unlimited viewing for 7 days from date of purchase
Monthly – unlimited viewing for 30 days from date of purchase
Pay Per Episode – watch your favorite episode within 24 hours of purchase

    I am Kim from Staten Island, New York, I am not familiar with GMA shows, we only watch shows from TFC. I came across http://myPinoy.TV when I received and email telling me about their worldwide launch.

    Now, I watch more GMA shows than shows from ABS-CBN. I think encantadia has a very good plot, though I wish that mypinoytv would release all the episodes at once so that I can finish a book (all episodes) in one sitting, I heard that Encantadia has 3 different books.

    Now that there is a new Darna, I wish i could also watch the older Darna with Angel Locsin, We would like to compare who is the better Darna.

    Captain Barbell is also ok, Richard Gutierrez can give Piolo Pascual a run for his money. Dingdong Dantes also looks good. I did not know that GMA has many great artist.

    If i were to rate mypinoytv, from a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest I would give it a 7. :)
