LolaTechie looks like BayanTel DSL’s social media marketing strategy. Our favorite “techie lola” has accounts on Plurk, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Multiply. I would not wonder why Lola Techie won’t have a Friendster account for obvious reasons.
The TVC is hilarious. Imagine your grandma having a Skype call, uploads a YouTube video and pokes you at Facebook and even tags your photos.

The video was certainly funny but I’m really not sure if they have put the message across. Or probably, it could be the tag line “ang dali”. From what I understand, I think they would like to showcase the speed of a BayanTel DSL connection. To me, “ang dali” would mean, “get your internet connection ASAP”.
