The AOC Avio Series is available in 19″ and 22″ product variants and it’s pitched for those who are into internet chatting. The Avio series of LCD monitors has a built-in webcam and a microphone where users can initiate or participate in video conferencing without the need for an add-on headset.

Since Eraserheads Reunion concert is fast approaching, NoyTee came out with Eraserheads reunion concert shirts based on this teaser poster. The shirts come in three colors namely, red, navy blue and black. I’m actually thinking of ordering the black one.

Abe posted an interesting analysis on Why Blogger isn’t that Popular in the Philippines. In fact, I would not really wonder why it’s not that popular. With Friendster dominating the social networking space in the Philippines and with it having a blogging feature (which is powered by TypePad), I won’t have that much of a doubt if Friendster would be the most widely used website by Filipinos for blogging. In fact, there are about 182,000 search results in Google using the search term “blogs.friendster.com“. Please do take note that I applied a filter here to show only results that are in Filipino language. Thus, the results for those who are written in English but owned by a Filipino is not included.

Well, according to Google Trends data in the Philippines, Friendster.com is still the number one social network in the Philippines. Metrics are based on Google Trends measure of unique visitors for the website (for Philippines region only).

This graph shows that Twitter.com is still the most widely used microblogging tool in the Philippines (that is as of July 2008 data from Google Trends). However, Plurk.com’s traffic is fast catching up.
