TIMBRE headphones is the first Filipino-branded headphones. The TIMBRE headphones will be out by December 2011. TIMBRE has collaborated with Team Manila in designing their first headphones model, named GITARA.

Patterns found on a typical Filipino-made acoustic guitar can be seen on the headphone. Diagonal lines that represent the strings on a guitar can also be found on the design as well. Also, you can easily notice the widely-used design elements: three stars and a sun. What’s to like about TIMBRE headphones? The brand supports local Filipino music. I like their advocacy.

Finally, me and Sha got to see and experience the Globe Tattoo 4G Tonino Lamborghini Broadband stick. With the USB dongle, you can get up to 10Mbps of speed if you are within the areas where HSPA+ is deployed.

Finally, Red Mobile now offers a postpaid plan. The 300-peso postpaid plan is inclusive of unlimited calls and texts (Red-to-Red) with free 300 text messages to other networks. This plan is officially available within GMA only.

UPDATE: Concert was moved to April 2

Previously, the official Facebook page of SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds posted that Aerosmith will have a concert at SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on March 19. Then, www.gig.ph posted in their blog about this concert. Afterwards, the blog of www.gig.ph went down and just recently, SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds removed the said post in their Facebook page.

Sam Pinto is San Mig Light’s newest endorser. San Mig Light is the country’s top low-calorie beer. Sam Pinto is a 21-year old actress/model. According to San Mig Light’s brand representative, Sam Pinto fits well to the brand. Sam Pinto is in the latet TV commercial of San Mig Light where she’s clad in a blue two-piece bikini.

HTC ChaCha

HTC has announced HTC ChaCha and HTC Salsa in this year’s Mobile World Congress. It’s interesting to note that there’s a dedicated Facebook button on each of these phones. HTC ChaCha is a touch-screen phone with a physical QWERTY keyboard while the HTC Salsa is a touch-screen phone. Both of these phones run on Android with HTC Sense.

While this Small Fry Netbook bag from Timbuk2 was not really meant for an iPad, the iPad fits just right if you are not using the bulky iPad portfolio cases. The case that I’m using for this iPad is the one from Apple.

Christmas is now fast approaching and gadgets are selling like hotcakes. For those of you who haven’t bought anything yet as a Christmas gift to yourself (or to anyone), you may want to consider the HTC Desire Z and HTC Desire HD.

A few weeks ago, we were invited to the launch of these 2 new phones of HTC. As an Android phone user, I would definitely want to at least touch this (even if I can’t buy it yet!). HTC is a brand now getting popular in the Philippines, especially for Android fans.
